After months of planning, sketching, and animating/programming the show front to back, it was amazing to watch that work come alive in front of thousands of guests each night. It was truly an honor collaborating with Silver Dollar City’s Entertainment team to create a show that felt true to their guests and to the story and legacy of the park.

The design process began with storyboarding that allowed close collaboration with the park’s team to establish a cohesive vision for the show. From there, I transitioned into the animation phase, working primarily in Blender and DSS (Drone Show Software) while ensuring all drone flight paths remained safe and FAA-compliant. Throughout development, I produced pre-visualization renders to share with the park’s team, gathering feedback and refining the show along the way. Once finalized, we flew 23 consecutive nights of shows for thousands of guests, all without a single drone missing a show.
